Her practice is built on the core principles of relax, release, and rejuvenate, offering a sanctuary from the constant stress of modern life. Having experienced firsthand the burnout that comes from a demanding life as a full-time teacher and long-term caregiver, Denise found her purpose in holistic therapies. She is passionate about helping clients transition from a state of "fight or flight" to a calm "rest and digest" mode, allowing them to process, heal, and ultimately refill their own cups.

I had my Indian head massage with Denise on Friday, before walking in my anxiety levels where quite high due to exam pressure, as soon as you walk in you start to calm down as denise creates a very relaxing and friendly environment with soft music, candles and by being just a overall friendly person, as I said I went in quite stressed and i came out with no worries in the world, the release after the massage was almost immediate, I was so relaxed I went home to have the best night sleep ever 🤣 😴

Have just had another fab treatment with Denise!! I have been going to Denise for over a year. In that time I have noticed huge improvements in a complex neck problem. I find her very intuitive and she tailors your treatment accordingly. She also has a knack for recognising other issues you may have. Her work space is so calming and relaxing.
