Denise is an excellent therapist and her reflexology sessions are extremely relaxing. She does not over diagnose yet is clearly insightful and knows how to pinpoint areas of stress and tension. Quite the most delightful hour of the week!

I had my Indian head massage with Denise on Friday, before walking in my anxiety levels where quite high due to exam pressure, as soon as you walk in you start to calm down as denise creates a very relaxing and friendly environment with soft music, candles and by being just a overall friendly person, as I said I went in quite stressed and i came out with no worries in the world, the release after the massage was almost immediate, I was so relaxed I went home to have the best night sleep ever 🤣 😴
